Fat soluble antioxidants such as CoQ10, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin E protect our essential outer cellular membranes which are made up in large part by fat. Within cells there are other internal fatty membranes, such as those surrounding the vital energy producing mitochondria, and these nutrients also go to bat there as well. These nutrients are especialy important in protecting the body from The Petkau Effect.A



There are many forms of coenzyme Q10, and many suffer from poor absorption and weak activation in the body. Unfortunately, these "conventional" forms of coenzyme Q10 are the most common coenzyme Q10 products available on the market. I cannot see how any of these conventional forms are cost-effective supplements. The more advanced bioactive forms of coenzyme Q10 do not suffer from these defects.1

Bioactive coenzyme Q10 is also known as:

(A) reduced CoQ10 - written as CoQ10(H), or

(B) "food grown CoQ10 complex". 

Additionally, CoQ10(H) can be further enhanced to achieve superior absorption and bioavailability. This may be accomplished by rendering CoQ10(H) into a liposomal format, or nano-colloid system. However, food grown CoQ10 complex becomes instantly so enhanced during its creation process. For example, food grown CoQ10 complex demonstrates 35% greater absorption, 300% greater bioavailability and an astounding 2000% greater antioxidant activity over conventional coenzyme Q10. This superior character to food grown CoQ10 complext is partially a result of adjunctive synergists found in the matrix of the food complex that "tweak" or enhance its absorption, bioavailability and antioxidant power in the body.2, 3, 4




Conventional coenzyme Q10 can be converted by the body into bioactive CoQ10(H).  Only after being converted into its bioactive form does CoQ10(H) exhibit fantastic effects upon critical functions within the body. While supplemental conventional coenzyme Q10 plays a valuable role in health and can be utilized by the body, recent studies indicate that as people age, the body's ability to convert conenzyme Q10 to bioactive CoQ10(H) begins to decline.5, 6 Since this nutrient plays critical roles in:

(1) Radioprotection,7, 8, 9 

(2) Enhancement of athletic performance,10, 11

(3) Restoring periodontal (teeth & gum) health,12

(4) Bolstering cardiovascular functions,13

(5) Serving as a superior antioxidant by reducing lipid peroxidation (e.g., Petkau Effect),9

(6) Helps control blood sugar imbalances,14

(7) protects reproductive organs and function,15, 16 and

(6) Thwarts neurodegenerative conditions17...

... bioactive CoQ10(H) or food grown CoQ10 complex are of special importance for the young and old.18


For example, the tissues in our body requiring high levels of ATP, the body's energy currency, are the brain, nerves, heart, liver and skeletal muscle. Bioactive CoQ10(H) or food grown CoQ10 complex will optimize at the cellular level the energy production in those vital organs. Additionally, the immune system can be greatly enhanced with such forms of bioactive CoQ10.


Furthermore, it should be noted that much of the world's supply of CoQ10(H) is currently being made in Japan. Emerging studies are now capturing data that suggests indoor dwellings a hundred or more miles away from the Fukushima Daiichi Nulcear Power Plant are highly contaminated with radioactive fallout. For those concerned about possible accumulation of radionuclides in manufacturing facilities throughout Japan, some may wish to be extra cautious and use bioactive CoQ10 produced in other regions. Fortunately food grown CoQ10 complex is made in NE America, a region not known to have been impacted by Fukushima Daiichi fallout.


Finally, bioactive CoQ10 appears to work best with proper diet. This suggests that regenerative smoothies with mushroom superfoods may work to maximize the performance of bioactive coenzyme Q10 in the body.*



Due to the enhanced nature of food grown CoQ10 complex, less means more. For example, a 22mg serving of food grown CoQ10 complex is many time more effective than 100mg of conventional coenzyme Q10. The current scientific literature suggests that superior activated forms of coenzyme Q10, such as CoQ10(H) and food grown CoQ10 complex may offer: (A) powerful radioprotecton in addition to their ability to (B) optimize the function & strength of the heart, liver and other vital organs, as well as (C) slow the aging process.*



Adults may take 22mg of food grown CoQ10 complex - or alternatively - 100mg of CoQ10(H) daily with a meal or as directed.
