The Optimal RE Once Daily ProgramTM is the optimal-level choice for once-a-day support of The Regeneration EffectTM within. It is perfect for day-in day-out high stress occupations, highly demanding lifestyles, competitive and disciplined athletics, for reversing premature aging, or for those desiring a very high level of mind/body wellenss and performance. This program is designed to deliver excellent welleness for people on the go living the modern, busy, stressful lifestyle. Results of this program will vary according to individuality, such as the individual lifestyle we live. Therefore, It is essential for this level of RE practice to work hand-in-hand with a Regenerative Lifestyle.

The Optimal RE Once Daily ProgramTM consists of drinking a 12oz. smoothie plus other select supplements once daily preferrably at breakfast. Using fresh squeezed organic orange juice (8oz. juice + 2oz. ice cubes) or nut milk (almond, hazelnut or coconut), seed (sunflower) milk or tofu/soy milk of choice, blend on low speed for 20 seconds...

1 scoop of high-grade whey powder from pristine, non-contaminated regions,

1 scoop fruit & vegetable Nrf2/vitagene powder,

2 teaspoons mushroom powder,

1 scoop cleansing fiber, plus

1 scoop amino acid growth hormone activators.  


Then take with the smoothie once daily: 

1 broad-spectrum once daily multi-vitamin/mineral supplement,

3 broad-spectrum natural source minerals supplement,

3 capsules omega 3, 6 & 9 oils,

2 capsules ubiquinol - CoQ(H),

1 capsule R-alpha lipoic acid,

3 capsules glucosamine/collagen/MSM complex including manganese,

1 or 2 capsules zinc, and

3 capsules NAC.



And at bedtime take once daily:

2 capsules selenium, and

3 capsules melatonin.


Try to consume at least one small serving of living culture fermented foods with each meal, such as living culture amazake, coconut yogurt or kefir, almond yogurt or kefir, pickles, umeboshi plums, saurekraut, kimchi, salsas, nut butters, etc.
