The Ultra RE Thrice Daily ProgramTM is the for the most highly discerning folks who have read at least two of my books. It is a three times per day regimen, taken as a part of each meal for folks practicing a regenerative lifestyle.

The Ultra RE Thrice Daily ProgramTM consists of drinking 12oz. smoothies plus other select supplements at each meal. Use fresh squeezed organic orange juice (8oz. juice + 2oz. ice cubes) or nut milk (almond, hazelnut or coconut), seed (sunflower) milk or tofu/soy milk of choice, blend on low speed for 20 seconds...

1 scoop of high-grade whey powder from pristine, non-contaminated regions,

1 scoop deep purple Nrf2/vitagene powder,

1 teaspoon mushroom powder,

1 scoop cleansing fiber, plus

1 scoop amino acid growth hormone activators,

1 serving Vitamins A, D3 & K2 (with Breakfast only).


Then take with each smoothie three times daily: 

1 broad-spectrum once daily multi-vitamin/mineral supplement,

2 broad-spectrum natural source minerals supplement,

2 capsules omega 3, 6 & 9 oils,

1 capsule ubiquinol - CoQ(H),

1 capsule R-alpha lipoic acid,

2 capsules glucosamine/collagen/MSM complex including manganese,

1 capsule liver cleanser herbs and nutrients,

1 capsule zinc,

1 capsule libido fortification (woman take one at dinner, men take 1 per meal), and

1 capsule NAC.



And at bedtime take: 

2 capsules selenium, and

3 capsules melatonin.




Try to consume at least one small serving of living culture fermented foods with each meal, such as living culture amazake, coconut yogurt or kefir, almond yogurt or kefir, pickles, umeboshi plums, saurekraut, kimchi, salsas, nut butters, etc.
